Visitor analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, traffic sources and engagement. Google receives information such as page addresses, referring sites, browser and device details, interaction events and approximate location. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and returning browsers. These reports help us improve the site.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this site's tag. We do not deliberately send the card names you type into the finder as analytics search events. Standard campaign labels may be included to show which shared links bring visitors.
Cookies and browser controls
Our Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after at most 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. Browser settings can block or remove cookies. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using the card finder.
Card searches, images and hosting
Card searches request card information from TCGdex. Those requests can include the card name or number you enter. Your browser also requests card images from the provider. Hosting and data providers receive the technical information needed to deliver these requests, such as IP address and request details. These requests are separate from Google Analytics.
